Amber Hazlett, a Mingus Union High School alumna, died unexpectedly on May 12.
She is survived by her mom, Janelle; brother, Travis; and partner, Robbie.
No services are planned. The family may do a celebration of life at a later date. If anyone wants to make a donation in her name, it may be made to any local animal shelter.
