He was born on July 10, 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the eldest son of Herbert and Vivian Miller.
Keith attended Southeast Highschool in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in science education from Central Methodist College in Fayette, Missouri.
