Barbara Elizabeth [Martinez] Wands died Sept. 14.
Barbara is survived by her devoted companion of 20 years, Frank Soqui; son, Weston [Doris] Wands; five grandchildren; three siblings; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
She retired from Safeway after many years of service in Flagstaff and Cottonwood. She volunteered with her son’s school, Boy Scouts and The House of Ruth. She enjoyed music and baking cakes.
A celebration of life will be scheduled in the coming months.
