Gilbert W. Ross

Gilbert W. Ross, 74, of Cottonwood, died July 31.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, he worked as a dispatcher for the Cottonwood Police Department from 1988 to 2003. He was a musician and played drums, keyboards and bass.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Geri Louise Ross.
He is survived by his son Kenneth [Ashley] Ross of Phoenix; daughters Karyn [Chris] Burke of Stafford, Va., and Kathryn [Ozeas] Dasilva of Goodyear; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
