Verde Valley Medical Center officials last week unveiled plans for a new medical facility in Camp Verde.
The hospital held an open house to talk to the public and show people what’s planned for the land at the corner of Finnie Flat Road and State Route 260.
The new structure will be about 26,000 square feet, according to Sarah Sabalos, with the hospital’s marketing department.
The organization bought the land about four years ago, just over 29 acres.
At the time, hospital officials said that the organization wanted to be prepared with a prime piece of property once the economy started to recover.
