She was born Nov. 18, 1940, in St. Paul, Minn., to Valentine and Clara Wagner [nee Iverson].
She is survived by her husband of 25 years Roger “Doc” Elijah of Cottonwood; son Jon Petersen [Susan] of Bristow, Va.; brothers Ron Wagner and Noel Wagner; sisters Priscilla Wagner and Kathy Kene; and two grandchildren.
