James Robert Guinn Jr., 66, of Camp Verde, died Oct. 4.
He honorably served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era and was a Phoenix firefighter for 25 years.
He was survived by his wife Paulette Guinn; sisters Patty [Jim] Mihelich and Linda Cook; children Mary Means, Sheri Carbonarro, Jason [Cheri] Thomas and Denise [Tim] Dombrowski; and their families.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be sent to the Arthritis Foundation.
