Cottonwood chops Rhythm ’n’ Ribs

Published:

After hosting the event for nine years, the Cottonwood City Council agreed last week to nix the annual Rhythm ’n’ Ribs festival —this year branded as the Rhythm ’n’ Ribs Country Music Festival — and instead will focus on events like Thunder Valley Rally, the annual event that draws a motorcycle crowd, and the Tilted Earth Wine and Music Festival, a Riverfront Park event that involves several local wineries.

The council agreed to focus on working with events that have seen more growth in participation.
