Donald James Mara, Sr., 89, of Cottonwood, died Feb. 17.
He served in the U.S. Air Force and later worked in restaurants. He enjoyed golf, ballroom dancing and spending time with family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary.
He is survived by his sons, James [Andrea] O’Mara and Stephen Mara, of Cottonwood, and Donald [Marie] Mara, Jr.; daughter Julie [Richard] Kenyon; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be on Saturday, March 11, at 11 a.m. at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood.
