Sherry Kent DeVillier, 78, of Camp Verde, died Dec. 18.
A gifted equestrian, she loved to compete, learn and teach, and shared that passion with others. She was an artist and seamstress.
She is survived by her children, Travis [Margie] Kent, Logan Seeberger and Johnnie [Bryan] Boyd; four grandchildren; and three brothers.
At her request, there will be a small memorial with immediate family. Donations in her name may be made to Venmo: Margaret Kent @SherryStrong with proceeds going to closing the estate and caring for her animals.

She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and worked in corporate communications in insurance and health care for several years, handling marketing and public relations duties. A fur-mom to two cats and three dogs, she is semi-retired.
