Norman Frank Watson, 79, of Cornville, died April 26.
He served as an investigative deputy sheriff for San Diego County. An outdoorsman, he created and sold leather clothing, raised service dogs for the blind, participated in conservation projects and was a special needs aide and counselor for troubled teens. He was preceded in death by his wives, Sue Watson and Linda Watson.
He is survived by his wife, Jill Whitener; two sisters; children Kim Flynt and Erik Watson; stepchildren Ben Watson and Chris and Tiffany Campbell; granchildren, nephews, grandnieces and step-grandchildren.
