Adele Herter Seronde

Adele Herter Seronde, 93, of Sedona, died April 16.
Born in Manchester, Mass., she was a painter, poet, author of books and community activist. She lived in Sedona since 1982.
She was the mother of five children, grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of seven.
A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, May 17, at the Creative Life Center in Sedona. A second gathering will be held Saturday, June 15, in Allston, Mass.
