The city of Cottonwood hosted its 27th annual Fantastic Family 4th of July at the Cottonwood Kid’s Park with a Veterans of Foreign Wars Patriotic Salute, games, activities and vendors. Fireworks were shot off behind the park on 12th Street next to the Verde Valley Fairgrounds in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.
