JoEllin Lorraine Waters Dahlin, 70, of Cottonwood, died Jan. 17.
She was incredibly bright and curious about the world, with a love for exploring spirituality, learning about new cultures, traveling and dancing to good music.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Jessica; parents, Joseph and Ruth; and nieces, Leyla and Marisa.
She is survived by her three sons, Jack, James [Marco] and Joey [Tiffany]; granddaughter, Addison; sisters, Janelle and Julianne; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
