Shirley Ann Corkill Smith

Shirley Ann Smith was born on Sept. 13, 1943, in Porterville, Calif.

She grew up in Fallon, Nev., before moving to the Bay Area, where she worked as a seamstress and was the owner of Shirley’s Sensations, before retiring to Prescott.

She is survived by her sons, Christopher Montooth of Fallon, Nev., Sean Smith [Cheryl] of San Jose, Calif; and grandson Syncere Smith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick, and her mother, Madeline Davies.
