John P. Alley, 74 of Cottonwood, died Dec. 7.
Born in Uvalde, Texas, he was a Vietnam veteran and medic, and received the Purple Heart and Silver Star. He loved God, country and family. He enjoyed reading, football, woodworking and road trips.
Military services will be held at Prescott National Cemetery at a later date.
