Irena Jonynas, 85 of Clarkdale, died Aug. 2.
She was born in Vilnius, Lithuania to Stasys and Barbora Grieze-Jurgelevicius.
She received a BFA degree from Northeastern University.
She was preceded in death by her husband Vytautas K. Jonynas and daughters Dalia Treinys and Regina Treinys.
She is survived by daughter Grazina [Douglas] Wade of Sedona; brother Algimantas [Maria] Grieze of Leesburg, Fla.; Amanda [Andrew] Sena of Clarkdale; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
