Betty M. Hanson, 86, of Cottonwood, died July 7.
She was born Sept. 15, 1930, in Keosauqua, Iowa, to Cato Gephart and Florence Watts.
She was preceded in death by her husband Worrell Gordon Hanson.
She is survived by her sons Steven A. [Denise] Marker of Fairview, Ore., and Kenneth W. [Janette] Hanson of Cottonwood; daughters Christine A. Mayes of Riverside, Calif., and Rebecca S. Bowlin; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
