Photo courtesy of Don KirchnerA tour bus that attempted to make a U-turn on County Road and Clark Street in Jerome has blocked traffic in both directions, according to witnesses.
Traffic into the mountain town has been backing up from both the Clarkdale and from over Mingus Mountain in the direction of Prescott.
Jerome police and fire crews attempted to manuever a crane to the area to help move the bus, according to witnesses.
In the meantime, crews removed the rear bumper and pulled it loose with the fire truck up County Road.
Jerome traffic was at a standstill for roughly two hours, according to witnesses.
