Three losses in 11 days to Flagstaff High School could leave any basketball program deflated, but the Mingus Union High School girls basketball team did something about that Saturday, Dec. 27, at the Lady Titan Winter Hoops Classic in Scottsdale.

While the Marauders boys will have to wait nearly three weeks between a 70-32 rout at the Eagles and their next game Thursday, Jan. 8, in Bullhead City at Mohave High School, the MUHS girls got 22 points from senior guard Angelyna Razo and another 12 by junior forward Sharon Rehborg to beat Deer Valley High School and end a three-game losing streak, 49-45, at the Arcadia High School tournament.
