Mildred Haywood, 94, of Cottonwood, died Sept. 23.
Born and raised in Arizona, she was a member of Verde Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Paul Haywood.
She is survived by her son, Paul [Roza] Haywood of Cottonwood; her daughters, Jeanette [George] of Wister, Okla., Karen [Donald] of Kirkland, and Sally [John] of Prineville, Ore.; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
