Children will be able to get a free breakfast and lunch weekdays this June at Beaver Creek School.
The meals are part of a federally funded food service program through the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
The program operates at sites across the country where at least half the children come from low- to moderate-income homes.
The meals are designed to help provide nutritious food during the day to children now that school is out of session.
The federal government uses census data to approve sites that meet the criteria to participate in the program.
