CVUSD OKs four-day school week

Published:

Students in the Camp Verde Unified School District will be switching to a four-day school week starting this fall.

The district’s governing board voted unanimously last week to implement the change and see how it works and affects student performance over the next two years.

The idea is to keep Friday open for tutoring, academic programs and credit recovery for students, as well as a few training opportunities for teachers.
