William G. Ernst, 80, formerly of Clarkdale, died Jan. 5 in Youngtown.
He was born on June 13, 1932, in Smithville, Ohio, to William and Ruth [Gray] Ernst.
He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed spending time with his family and taking long walks.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn.
Services were held Saturday, Jan. 12.
