Segretti was an avid fisherman and enjoyed making jewelry and spending time with family and grandchildren.
He is survived by his son, Christopher Segretti (Kandi) of Cornville; stepdaughter Jill of Jerome; his loving companion who was with him until the end, Denise Ford of Jerome; and five grandchildren.
