Cecil D. Bays, 66 of Cottonwood, died Oct. 18.
He is survived by his wife Patricia; sons Timothy and Chad [Mary]; daughter Stacy Flanagan; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his parents; brothers David [Barbara], Gary [Brenda] and Kevin [Heather] Bays; sisters Sherry Sepanek, Betty [Chris] Olsen and Janette Havel; and sister-in-law Sandra [Chris] Roby.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 28, at 11 a.m., at Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church in Clarkdale. Interment will be private with a luncheon afterwards.
