Nightime closures along SR 89A have ended as of Monday morning following completion of a reconstruction project.
Starting Monday, October 23, roadside work such as curb and guardrail installation, seeding, and cleanup will occur through the end of November said Kristin Darr, spokeswoman for the SRA Reconstruction Project.
“It will entail minimal traffic restrictions,” she wrote in a statement. “Final work will commence in Spring 2018, including one final layer of pavement.”
It is advised that motorists continue to drive safely through the area as construction workers and equipment are still present.
