He was born Nov. 30, 1972, in Upper Darby, Pa., to David and Vernell.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Vernell and Al Tobish; sons Jack Fenn, Jasper Fenn and Mika Alcorn; daughters Penny Fenn, Savannah Fenn and Kamyn Alcorn, all of Cottonwood; and brothers Steven Fenn of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Troy Hockett of Cottonwood.
