Yavapai County law enforcement agencies are asking for help in locating fugitive Zachery Brown.
On July 7, 2024, Brown was at a residence in Cornville where he had been drinking and became intoxicated when a verbal argument began over the use of a cellphone.
Brown then assaulted one of his friends and deputies with the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office were called. When deputies attempted to arrest Brown, he resisted and attempted to punch the deputies.
Brown was arrested for assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and aggravated assault on a police officer. He was released from custody but has since has failed to appear for his next court appearance. A valid felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Brown is 24 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has a prior address in Cornville.
