Jeremiah K. Johnson, 84, formerly of Cottonwood, died Sept. 24 in Washington, Utah.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, brother, sister and parents.
He is survived by his wife, Geraldine; daughter LuEmma [Lee] Hixson of Missouri; sons Derek [Loralee] of Idaho, Daniel [Sue] of Colorado, Nylin [Jacie] of Utah, Kerry of Utah, and Jesse [Charlotte] of Michigan; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Oct. 3 at Metcalf Mortuary in Hurricane, Utah.
