Richard Boustedt, 85, of Cottonwood, died April 19.

Born in Los Angeles, he was a U.S. Air Force bomber crew chief during the Cold War and later an industrial engi­neer with Wham-O-Toys, Mattel Toys and Altec Lansing.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; sons, Ronald and Robert [Kendra]; and two grandchildren.

Graveside services with Air Force honors were held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix on Thursday, April 25.
