Rosemary Collingwood, 95, died Oct. 13.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she shared 65 years of marriage with her husband, Stuart, before moving to Arizona following his death. She had a 45-year career in nursing.
She is survived by her children, Robert [Cyndi], whom she lived with most recently, Timothy [Renee], Lance [Mary Lynn] and Jean [Robert]; seven grandchildren and their spouses; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held later.
