Holly Ann Sweeney, 55, of Cottonwood, died Jan. 13.
She is survived by 12 nieces and nephews; siblings Lisa [Mike], Matt [Dana], Brian [Ellen] and Paul [Mary Jane]; and her loved ones at the ARC.
A memorial service will be held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and followed later with an internment in Clinton, Conn. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to YES the ARC of Cottonwood in her name.
