Monique Marie Turner, 58, died Nov. 8.
Born in Santa Maria, Calif., she settled in Camp Verde and opened Monique’s Sandwich Shop on Hollomon Street. She enjoyed spending time along the river banks and in the caves collecting beautiful rocks and crystals, with her four-legged friend Jake.
She was preceded in death by her mother and her brother.
She is survived by her children, friends and Jake.
