Katharine ‘Kay’ Peach Pollock

Katharine “Kay” Peach Pollock, 71, of Camp Verde, died Feb. 4.

Pollock was born in Flagstaff on Nov. 22, 1941. She grew up on D/T cattle ranch owned by her father, Thomas, and mother, Dorothy. After college she worked for socially active groups, including in Washington D.C., where her only daughter, Guadalupe, “Lupita,” was born.

She is survived by her daughter Guadalupe [Nathan Hansen], grandchildren Finn and Lily, sister Ann Pollock, and brother Tom Pollock III. Contributions: Sedona’s Running River School. Services: Flagstaff Elks Lodge, 1 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 17.
