Barbara Nell Miller, 82 of Camp Verde, died Feb. 5.
She was a former vice mayor of Flagstaff and former mayor of Camp Verde.
She was preceded in death by her son Marvin Harper Jr. and granddaughter Jennifer Weers.
She is survived by her daughters Tina LeBleu and Cherri [Steven] Weers; sister Connie LeBleu; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, at 2 p.m. at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood.
