Sally Jane Teague Ochoa died on April 17.
Ochoa is survived by her children and spouses: Charles [Louise], Raymond, Laurie and Tina [Robert]; and nine grandchildren [Josh, RJ, Deanna, Jen, Chris, Jordan, Raymond, Claire, Lauren and Carly] and five great-grandchildren [Calder, Ellis, Damien, Elanor and Wyatt], several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A Rosary Service will be held at Wescott Funeral Home, and Funeral Mass will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Interment and reception immediately following. Dates will be online once confirmed.
