The Arizona Wine Country Artists Village announces its next juried fine art and fine craft fair Friday through Sunday, March 6 through 8, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, at Old Town Activity Park in Old Town Cottonwood.
Organized and promoted by Jerome-based artists John and Lauri Maeder and hosted by the city of Cottonwood, the event showcases local and regional artists and makers in a walkable setting. Recognized as a juried fine art and craft fair, Arizona Wine Country Artists Village emphasizes high-quality, original work across a variety of mediums. Admission is free, and the event is family- and pet-friendly.
Old Town Activity Park is located just off Main Street at 187 E. Pima St., positioning the fair within easy walking distance of more than a dozen restaurants, wine tasting rooms, galleries and shops. Nestled within the federally recognized Verde Valley American Viticultural Area, Cottonwood is a world-class wine tourism destination.
Highlights of the March fair will include top regional artists in a juried selection presenting original, high-quality work; a free scavenger hunt and raffle featuring donated artwork, with raffle prizes including a $500 cash grand prize; and a Children’s Art Activity Tent, a dedicated, hands-on creative space for young artists to explore and make their own art.
Launched in fall 2024, the Arizona Wine Country Artists Village was created to provide a curated community event where artists and their work take center stage. Drawing on years of experience exhibiting at outdoor art fairs, the Maeders have designed the event to benefit artists, attendees and the Verde Valley alike.
