David J. Vera, 78, died at home on Dec. 25.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline; two sons, David and Albert [Terri]; two daughters, Theresa Vera Ortega [Johnny] and Davita Jackson; with three stepdaughters, Crystal Castillo, Tracy Miller and Maribelle Guadiana Perez, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Vera was born in Jerome and was a long time resident of the Verde Valley.
Memorial services will be held at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave., on Friday, Jan. 16, from 1 to 3 p.m.
