The Verde Valley GameCon returns for its sixth annual event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Saturday, Nov. 29 at the Camp Verde Community Library.
GameCon will transform the library into a free, family-friendly convention hall hosting games of all sorts. An all-ages event presented by library, GameCon aims to have something for everyone.
Try a new board game like Catan, Dominion or Betrayal at House on the Hill, or take on your friends in Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros., build and paint a miniature model and stepping into a wargame like Warhammer 40,000, Gaslands or Bolt Action.
If you have ever wanted to play as an elf scout or a wizard casting arcane spells in Dungeons & Dragons, join a quest.
If you have a Magic: The Gathering deck or want to learn how to play, come to GameCon.
Food vendors will be on site during the event.
The CVCL is located at 130 N. Black Bridge Road just off Montezuma Castle Highway in Camp Verde.
