Peter Alfred John Hellmold died Saturday, Oct. 25, in Cottonwood. He was born in New York City on May 28, 1948 to Maja [Pfister] and Heinz Hellmold.
He is survived by his children Erich [Erin] Hellmold and Sara Hellmold [Tim Gerolami], six grandchildren, former wife Becky Taylor and brothers Ralph, Paul and Richard, as well as many nieces and nephews and their children.
Memorial will be private. In lieu of flowers gifts may be made to Cornell University or the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis.
