On Saturday, Sept. 6, Northern Arizona’s mash-up and medley party band, The Naughty Bits, returns for a rocking good time in Clarkdale’s Concerts in the Park series.
Meet friends and neighbors from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Clarkdale Town Park for an evening of fun and dancing. This is the final concert of the season.
The Naughty Bits is a six-piece rock band performing in the Verde Valley and Arizona for almost 20 years. Originally formed as Yin Yang & Zen Some from the remnants of the band Goldmund, the current lineup consists of bassist Dylan Jung, drummer Lou Moretti, saxophonist and keyboardist Steve George, trombone and keyboard player “Uncle” Marc Wolin and new guitarist and lead singer Jon Margulies, known to Verde Valley music fans for solo project Reverend Jon. Prepare to enjoy a wide range of rock, funk and soul covers spanning from the 1950s through the 1990s. The 50/50 raffle is back this year. Attendees should bring chairs, water and snacks, or plan to visit one of the local restaurants or concert vendors. Dogs are welcome on a leash and under control; alcohol is not permitted in the park.
