CVMO investigating suspicious death in Camp Verde

The Camp Verde Marshal’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious death at a residence located at 1105 North Dreamcatcher Drive in Camp Verde, on Aug. 11, at approximately 9:20 a.m.

Investigators and crime scene technicians were on scene conducting a thorough investigation from the time of the initial report until the afternoon of Aug. 12.

The circumstances surrounding the death remain under active investigation by CVMO.

At this time, no further details are being released. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available and as the investigation allows. CVMO remains committed to ensuring a complete and thorough investigation into this matter, according to a press release.

“We are aware of the situation and are fully cooperating with the Camp Verde Marshal’s [Office] on an active investigation,” stated CRR Hospitality Chief Operating Officer Mike Harrison, representing Verde Ranch RV Resort. “As this is an ongoing law enforcement matter, all further inquiries must be directed to them. We will not be providing any additional comment at this time.”
