Martin E. Petersen, 91, formerly of Cottonwood, died March 23 in Chandler.
Born in Cheyenne, Wyo., he received a civil engineering degree from the University of Wyoming and worked as a career civil servant.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; children, Deborah, Patrick, Cindy and Rene; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Martin’s life will be held on a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
