Shawn Dow Connolly, 51, of Cottonwood, died Feb. 14.
He was predeceased by his parents, Kay and Barbara.
He is survived by his wife, Sadie; daughter, Erin, and her companion; five grandchildren; and siblings, Steve [Colette], Tammy [Dave], Todd [Kim], Robin [Jon] and Carrie [Phil].
Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1377 Hombre Drive in Cottonwood, on March 1, at 11 a.m.
