NAZCCA to screen agriculture film

Published:

The Northern Arizona Climate Change Alliance will be showing the film “Common Ground” at the Camp Verde Library, 130 Black Bridge Road, on Saturday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m. to noon. NAZCCA invites the public to attend in order to learn and discuss the benefits of regenerative agriculture for the soil, planet and health.

“We are excited to show the film ‘Common Ground’ in Camp Verde,” NAZCCA board member and Rimrock resident Emma Onawa said. “Regenerative agriculture can be used in the Verde Valley to grow food, help restore the soil and balance the climate. The Verde Valley is still home to many growers and ranchers and we hope to reach those who would benefit from regenerative agriculture.”

Regenerative agriculture can be used by farmers and ranchers to improve soil health, capture carbon and improve biodiversity. Join NAZCCA as members show this groundbreaking film and discuss its implications for the Verde Valley.
