Michael Dene Caples, 75, of Cottonwood, died Feb. 5.
After growing up in California, he moved to Phoenix to work for Frito-Lay and later joined the U.S. Postal Service. He and his wife were active as foster parents, and he enjoyed golf, basketball and family meals.
