Walter “Walt” Loesche

Walter “Walt” Loesche 94, of Cottonwood, died Oct. 17.
He served in the Navy during the Korean War. A ham radio operator, he volunteered at Yavapai County Emergency Management and served on the board of the Central Yavapai Fire District.
He is survived by his wife, Jean; daughter Vicki [William] Scott; sons Peter [Donna] Loesche, William [Patricia] Loesche, James [Kathy] Loesche, and Edward Loesche; 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, Dec. 10 at 9 a.m. at Calvary Harvest Church in Cottonwood.
