Beatrice Chavez

Beatrice Chavez, of Clarkdale, died Nov. 17.
Born in Jerome, she loved arts and crafts and loved painting with oils and was the founder of the Elvya Art League in Cottonwood. She was a loyal member of the St. Cecelia’s Catholic Church in Clarkdale.
She is survived by her sons, Joey [Margaret] Chavez and family, and Michael (Tony) Chavez and his three sons.
