According to police, the arrest follows an incident when Villa allegedly engaged in indecent behavior along Main Street and Birch Street, coming to a stop in front of a private school’s playground occupied by several juveniles.

“Eyewitnesses report that the incident took place in broad daylight, raising concerns among bystanders in
the area,” CPD Sgt. Cody Savage stated in a press release. “The actions of Mr. Villa Jr. were visible to people in the area, creating an unsettling situation near the school premises.”

Three minors and one adult at the scene desired prosecution for the charges of indecent exposure, according to Savage.

Villa was taken into custody and subsequently transported to the Yavapai County Detention Center in Camp Verde, where he was booked on four counts of indecent exposure.
